They look exactly the same--in fact, they are the same; the standard EP121 adapter is a rebadged MCube lite. The only difference, it seems, is the tip: Asus have their proprietary tip moulded on, whereas this product comes with a variety of generic tips (none of which work with the EP121). My Asus (Innergie MCube lite) AC Adapter only made it about a month after I bought it, then ... it (quietly) snuffed it. This company is to much of an hassle. If I did not have had to wait for parts and RMA, I could have returned it and now I stuck with this POS. I bought a CHEAP (Targa I think) universal one, has all the tips I needed and is still going strong.
